We check the deck for moisture damage with a Protimeter pin meter, replace any compromised underlayment, and weave new CertainTeed Landmark shingles into the existing pattern.

New Roof Installation
We price new installs by the roofing square (100 sq ft). Architectural shingles in Capitan typically run $350-$550 per square installed, depending on the pitch and access. That includes materials, labor, cleanup, and warranty registration.
Metal Roofing
Corrugated metal and R-panel are cost-effective options for barns, detached shops, and covered patios in Capitan. We install 29-gauge and 26-gauge corrugated with exposed fasteners using neoprene washer screws. For homes, we recommend 24-gauge standing seam with concealed fasteners. Cleaner look, no exposed fastener maintenance. DaVinci composite shake and slate profiles give you the metal longevity with a traditional New Mexico aesthetic.

Roof Inspection
Our 27-point roof inspection covers: shingle condition, granule loss, nail pops, lifting tabs, ridge cap integrity, valley flashing, step flashing at walls, drip edge, pipe boot seals, vent function, soffit ventilation, gutter pitch, downspout capacity, fascia condition, decking (from attic if accessible), and visible signs of moisture in the attic. Written report with photos emailed same day.
Emergency Roof Repair
Emergency tarping is the first priority. We cover the exposed area to stop water entry, then schedule the permanent repair once conditions allow. We don't charge extra for emergency tarp jobs. It's part of the repair cost.
Skylight Installation
We install, replace, and repair skylights in Capitan homes. Fogged glass, cracked frames, persistent leaks around old skylights. We fix it all. Sometimes replacing a 20-year-old skylight is cheaper than trying to repair it.
